We are very excited to announce the appointment of Malcolm Coward as the new production manager for Creative Crusts. Whilst only recently stepping into the new role, Malcolm has been with Creative Crusts for 2 years and has many years experience in the baking industry including 14 years in his own business. The new appointment has already seen benfits in product quality and delivery, and through the implementation of new systems and proceedures the baking team morale is at an all time high!
Malcolm has many more improvements and product idea’s that he will be trialing over time, and his attention to detail and customer service skills will ensure that Creative Crusts continues to lead the way in the wholesale supply of bread, cakes, and pastries in Brisbane.
