Following hot on the heels of Brett Noy’s Australian Artisan Cup win the Creative Crust Team took all major awards at the Royal Queensland Baking Show.
Champion Loaf of the Show, Most Successful Bakery, Show Grand Champion, Champion Meat Pie, Champion Commercial Bread, and a special mention, 15 y/o Apprentice Ryan Cave Champion 1st and 2nd year Apprentice, Ryan also beat more fancied rivals to win the 3rd and 4th year bread section.
