Another Australian Artisan Cup Win!!

Creative Crust was crowned Australian Artisan Baking Cup (Artisan Sweet Yeast) Champion. The National competition was hotly contested and saw competitors from most states and included Australian team members Nick Davey and Scott Megee. Competitors were required to produce a range of products which included French Croissant, Danish Pastries, Brioche, Stollen, and a competitors choice item for which we did a beautiful Hazelnut Gugelhoph. This win follows on from Creative Crusts owner Brett Noy’s win in the Artisan Bread version of the same event in 2007 and so see’s Creative Crusts holding the two National titles simultainiously.
